Kindermusik Graduation

Well Colton graduated from the Kindermusik Village class and is moving on to the Our Time class. Kindermusik, for those of you who aren't familiar with it, is a music class for young children. We play songs, instruments, and dance. Colton has been part of Kindermusik since he was about 8 weeks old so we have seen quite a transformation in what he is able to do. My mom and I take turns taking Colton to Kindermusik, it's a great time to be able to spend with him! On Graduation Day we were able to take him together.

The Zoo, Memorial Day Weekend

We had a pretty low key Memorial Day weekend, I worked most of the weekend so it made going out of town a little difficult. We did get to enjoy a day at the zoo with Colton on Sunday. Man oh man was it packed! Here are a few pictures of the day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the hard working mom's out there! We had a great day today. Chris and Colton got me a gift certificate to Target, some Sephora makeup (since Colton is constantly playing with mine!) and we had dinner at J Alexanders (my absolute favorite!) Who could have asked for anything better?

Just Thinking...

So I was at a girlfriends house tonight and it made me realize how lucky I am. I have a totally great husband that I take for granted at times and a wonderful child. We don't make the most money in the world, hell sometimes I wonder how we get by, and we don't drive a fancy car, or have a huge house, but I do have a husband who helps me, acts like part of our family, and loves our child. Not everyone is this lucky I have come to realize.

Tiptoeing Through The Tulips

I took Colton to the Botanical Gardens today for a evening walk. The weather was beautiful and I think he had a pretty good time. A lot of the flowers are blooming especially the tulips. Of course just as I was getting started snapping pictures my battery died! UGH I hate when that happens. Here are a few that we managed to capture.

Feeling A Bit Better!

Well Colton seems to be feeling quite a bit better. He is "fighting" his breathing treatments and is as feisty as ever. He is playing and eating well. So I think we are on the mend. THANK GOD! I am ready to go back to normal and be able to get out of the house. Being cooped up is driving us both batty!
