Well 2008 is upon us! Can you believe it? 2007 was such a huge year for us, after lots of trying and a little help we became parents. Having a child is not easy by any means and although you love them dearly, man can they be a challenge at times! As many of you know Colton, after 9 looonnnnggggg months, is finally sleeping through the night which is a huge relief. We enjoy him so much more now that everyone is getting some much needed rest.
Did you all make your New Years resolutions? Here are mine: loose weight, be patient and enjoy every moment with Colton because you only have each day once and they are going by at lightening speed, start to recycle, and take time for myself and not feel guilty about it.
In a mere 64 days it will be Colton's 1st birthday! I am having such a hard time remembering where the last year went. He has gone from baby blob to a smart, inquisitive, adventuresome little boy. I am looking forward to what the next year will bring.

Ericka.....the pictures came through just fine. Can't believe Colton is pushing "1". He can now hold up "1" finger, make sure you teach him the right one. Hope to see you all before then....Happy New Year......The Rose
