1st Airplane Ride!

Well Colton took his first airplane ride last weekend! We (Colton, Grammy, Great Grandma Burt, Brenna, and myself) flew to Georgia to go to our cousin's baby shower. She is having a little girl and she looks just great! Colton did wonderful on the plane, he did find it humorous to stick his hands in between the seats in front of him and scare the bejesus out of the sleeping men in front of him but other than that he did well.

While we were in GA we visited a friend of ours, Cassie and Cambree. Cambree is just a few weeks younger than Colton and they had a pretty good time together! I think Colton met his match as she was just as "bossy" as he was! Haha!! She is a real doll and we can't thank them enough for their hospitality, especially since they had just gotten back from Gatlinburg, TN that day!

We also visited the Georgia Aquarium where Colton was quite the pill! He wanted to go where he wanted to go and do what he wanted to do. That would have been fine if the place wasn't PACKED! It was wall to wall people and difficult to manuver among the people with a 1 year old, let alone get up to the windows to see the fish.

Overall though I will say his first vacation went very well and he was fairly mellow considering he was in a new surrounding and his sleeping was less than to be desired.

Forgot to add a few of Colton's new "favorites"...elevator buttons (I believe he pushed and ran more than once!), people movers at the airport, and baby doll's in strollers (especially the pink one!). Below is picture overload of our mini vacation!
